12 x 2 Walking lunges
11 Scroogy Squat Jumps
10 x 2 Santa Sit ups
9 North Pole push-ups
8 x 2 Leaping side leaps (skaters)
7 Blitzen burpees
6 Dashing tricep dips
5 x 4 Ea Reindeer Repeaters (Repeater knees)
4 x 4 Ea Sleighbell side planks
3 x 7 Joyful jumping jacks
2 x 12 Alternating lunge backs
1 x 40 Merry Mountain Climbers

Repeat for a total of 3-5 times
