I would like to share with you what many of you already know, but this is a little boost and hopefully will get you going if you are struggling with your own personal journey….which I know many of you are. Life gets in the way and sometimes it’s just so difficult to stay on track.

I care so much and want to help all of you!!!!!!
Losing body fat and adding muscle tone is a combined effort of consistently working out and eating a controlled amount of non processed, healthy macro nutrients (proteins, fats and carbohydrates).  Preparation and planning are key to the success of this
combined effort.

Clean out your fridge and pantry of the bad, unhealthy foods and replace them with the good healthy foods to help avoid any temptation you may have throughout the day.

Plan your food intake for the next 3-4 days and prepare your foods accordingly.  For example, grill or lightly saute enough chicken breasts, lean ground beef, and/ or turkey for 3-4 days.  Steam some vegetables such as broccoli, green beans, asparagus, etc and have some lettuce and spinach salad mix in the fridge.

Next, prepare some brown rice or quinoa, sweet potatoes and/or red potatoes.  After you have prepared your protein, veggie and carbs, make up about 4-5 containers each with your 4-5 ounces of protein, 1 cup of veggies and 1/4 cup carbs. Add some almonds, avocado and olive oil when cooking, for your healthy fats.

Eat your prepared container every 2.5 to 3 hours starting with morning oatmeal and berries and some egg whites in the morning. Or a whey protein shake with banana.  Do not go below 1200 calories in a day!!!!!!!!!!!
