Protein plays an important role when repairing and rebuilding the cells in our bodies. By integrating resistance training into the workout regimen, we tear down muscles which in turn make them stronger. Consuming a certain amount of protein helps to facilitate the regrowth of damaged muscles.  It can be a challenge consuming the daily minimum protein to meet macronutrient requirements. The recommended range is 0.5 to 0.8 grams per pound of body weight according to the American College of Sports Medicine.

Protein supplementation is a great way to get that extra protein intake that our bodies need before and after a workout, and for that matter throughout the day.

I value these products and have incorporated them into my daily meal plan. I will be increasing my usage during my upcoming contest prep. Designer Protein will help me in reducing body fat and increase my muscle tone. YAY! I encourage you to give Designer Protein a shot. I don’t partner with many companies, let alone for those for which I do not believe in or use. I’m a firm believer in a solid nutrition product. I’m confident, if used as directed, can help you on your personal journey of fitness! It certainly has with mine.

Have a happy and healthy Spring!

Love, Jennifer
